Berkeley Dairy Guernsey Milk

Unhomogenised milk from family-run Berkeley Farm Dairy in Wiltshire. Their Guernsey herd is free-range and grass-fed. Most Guernsey cows are 'A2 cows' and do not produce the A1 protein in their milk, therefore this line is higher in A2 protein, tested to be at around 90% A2.
