Made from 100% organic grapes grown 1,200 metres above sea level and oak-aged for 10 months, the wine is a quality addition to any wine cellar. You’ll love the brilliant golden colour of the wine, though there’s just enough green in there to make it stand out. The nose is heavy with vanilla, coconut, pear, and tropical fruits, with green apple and pears as the strongest flavours. There are mild hints of jasmine and mild spices, and you can’t help but enjoy the creamy palate, with good volume and balanced acidity.
